Job Description

 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front to back search & selection process involving client and candidate interaction, the co-ordination of industry associates and utilising a bespoke online recruitment platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overall management of front to back search & selection process
  • New client business development and maintaining existing relationships
  • Candidate focused search and selection campaigns and direct headhunting
  • Client and candidate meetings where required
  • Co-ordination and monitoring of search and selection associates where required
  • Provision of continual support to clients and candidates throughout recruitment process
    including reviewing role requirements, formatting candidate remits, interview arrangement and remuneration negotiation
  • Monitoring of bespoke online platform to promote opportunities to the wider market and track recruitment process
  • Maintenance of company CRM database and co-ordination with resourcing associates to ensure optimal functionality
  • Supporting overall company promotion and marketing campaigns
  • Completion of further tasks will be required on an ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements

You have/are:

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • A basic understanding of the commodities/ banking & finance sectors is desirable
  • Confident interacting with clients and candidates including business development, sales and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and phone based
  • The ability to learn “on the job”. You will be exposed to a number of new sectors within commodities, the capacity to learn quickly is vital
  • A strong ability to multi task. Maintaining control across a number of process stages is a key component of the role
  • The ability to confidently take on tasks beyond the role remit as and when required
  • Confident managing affiliates
  • Highly computer literate
  • A strong work ethic with the discipline to work diligently and independently within a small team. A self starter
  • Committed with a desire to drive company growth
